The items shown in our catalog are usually ordered from the manufacture
or one of its distributors after your order has been placed.
Orders that are placed before 1:00 PM EST will most likely begin processing
the same day, otherwise your order may not begin processing until
the following business day. In most cases, unless on holidays or weekends, the
orders department will be processing orders.
The availability
of the product changes simutaniously, so we cannot guarantee the availability of any item. However, we can Guarantee that the products we sell are 100% Authentic, Genuine Name Brand Products, which are sold in Brand New/Un-Used condition.
Once your order is placed and if there
are any delays or unusual situations with a particular item in your
order, you are usually informed of this immedietly. If there are not any delays or
unusual situations with your order you can expect your merchandise

For Orders including Plano/Non-Prescription lenses, Please
allow approximately 1-5 (usually 1-3) business days for processing.
For Orders including Single Vision lenses, Please allow approximately
3-5 (usually 2-4) business days for processing.
For Orders including Bi-Focal/Progressive lenses, Please
allow approximately 5-10 (usually 4-7) business days for processing.
For Lens orders including Zeiss® or Crizal®
anti-glare coatings, Please allow up to 3 additional business
days for processing.
For Lens orders that include Drilling & Mounting, Please
allow up to 1 additional business day for processing.
Please be advised that the processing times for lenses are estimated. In some cases, custom lenses can take
up to 2-4 weeks to process due to manufacturing reasons. If this is
the case, you will usually be informed.

Special order contact lenses can take 4-6 weeks for processing (due to manufacturing reasons). You will be advised to confirm this prior to further processing of this type of order.

About Back-Orders:
The manufacturers & distributors we receive product from will
sometimes place an item on back-order if it is not currently available. Other times, we may not be able to supply a certain item because it is un-available at the time of your order.
If this a situation in your order, you are usually informed immedietly
via email of the back-order, and the estimated arrival date.
Back-Order items are usually under this same status nationwide.
Back-Order dates are estimated, and the merchandise can arrive earlier
or later than the date we provide, however you will be informed
if your back-order date is later than we originally notified you
of, or if the item is available, your order status will reflect
that your order is Processing and in most cases you will receive an email once your order is shipped.
Your account will not be charged for the item(s) unless the item(s)
are available and is ready to ship out. You have the option to cancel
any items that are on back-order, while it is on back-order, without
being charged any cancellation fee. If you have multiple items in
your order, we will only charge you the shipping fee we originally
charged you for the entire order and the remaining items will ship
out at no extra shipping fee once they arrive off of back-order.

Final Sale Items:
If an item is a final sale item it will usually say so in the product
description of the item. Otherwise, it is possibly a discontinued
model and we would confirm if final sale terms were allowed by you
before we continue processing your order, otherwise it can be cancelled.
Final Sale items are non returnable, non refundable, and non cancellable
after you have confirmed the item you have wanted.

Discontinued Items:
We try to keep our online catalog with the most current styles. But since the availability of item(s) can change simutaniously, Item(s) can end up being discontinued and/or no longer available due to manufacturing and/or availability reasons. If this is the case, you will not be billed for this item and you will usually be informed and the discontinued item(s) will be removed from your order. If you still see the item online, this may be because there may be other color or size selections available, but item(s) which are completely discontinued are removed, usually immediately after we're informed they are discontinued.
If another style/color/size was in mind, please let us know and we will most likely be able to give you free ground shipping for the inconvenience of ordering a discontinued item.
